TA Rugby Analysis was founded by Thomas Atherton.
He’s currently Head of Analysis at Caldy Rugby Club in the Championship, where he work daily with professional players and coaches to gain competitive advantages through detailed performance analysis. With an MSc in Performance Analysis from Loughborough University, his journey in rugby analysis has taken him through various levels of the game, giving him a unique understanding of what it takes to succeed at each stage.
His experience spans from working with Bedford Blues and the Lancashire Senior team, to supporting North of England rugby development and National League clubs. He’s also gained valuable commercial experience with InPlay Sports, working with teams across different sports and levels of competition.
What drives him is helping players and teams unlock their potential through clear, actionable insights.
